VIVATICKET AND KONSERTHUSET STOCKHOLM

Working Together To Welcome Back Patrons

Lotta Bjelkeborn, Marketing Director at the world-famous Konserthuset Stockholm, home of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and the Nobel Prize ceremony, said:
“In Sweden, as in most countries right now, the situation with respect to live performances is rather fluid. We wanted to give our patrons easy access to updated information and freedom of choice as the situation changes, and as performances at the Konserthuset’s auditoria adapt to accommodate these changes. We decided to engage directly with Vivaticket.”

Lennart Johansson, Sales and Service Manager said:
“We presented the team at Vivaticket with a very complex challenge, and within hours they came back to us with a solution that harnessed the great agility of their ticketing technology to give us the flexibility we needed. We then worked together to fine-tune the separate flows required and how our website and contact centre would best communicate the various options to our patrons. Increased opportunities for patrons to manage their bookings themselves online was part of the scope.”

David Thomas, General Manager for Vivaticket said:
“These are obviously incredibly uncertain times for both our clients and their customers, so our systems need to mitigate that uncertainty by providing solutions for every foreseeable contingency. The team at Konserthuset Stockholm painstakingly considered the potential impacts to their patrons in forensic detail, which allowed us to create the optimal technological and operational approach to serve them.”
