Digital content accessibility refers to how easily users can interact with digital interfaces. The concept of accessibility encompasses all aspects of a digital experience, from navigation and access to information to screen reading and control features such as accessibility keys.
Making our services accessible to everyone is a priority for Vivaticket. For us, accessibility means that all our products, services, and communication channels must be easy to use and immediately understandable, regardless of a person’s physical, mental, or technological abilities.
Vivaticket S.P.A is committed to offering a digital experience accessible to all users. We work to ensure that all our content complies with the guidelines and standards set out by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
Vivaticket S.P.A is not responsible for any accessibility issues on third-party websites or apps that are reachable via links on our digital channels.
We have taken several actions to mitigate accessibility non-compliance, working with accessibility experts to identify and resolve all non-conforming elements.
In line with our goal to offer an increasingly better experience for all users, and alongside fixing HTML code issues, Vivaticket S.p.a. has implemented the Eye-Able® assistive software on its websites (www.vivaticket.com and related domains).
The adoption of the Eye-Able® software provides significant support in managing many functions aimed at improving the perception of web interfaces for individuals with visual or cognitive impairments, color perception weaknesses, and difficulties experienced by elderly users when navigating the web.
Additionally, we have introduced a feedback system to help us develop more accessible content.
In compliance with the guidelines from the Agency for Digital Italy, VIVATICKET S.p.A. provides a dedicated email address for sharing feedback and reporting accessibility issues.
Any user can send their reports to: accessibility@vivaticket.com
We welcome all feedback—both positive and negative—as it helps us improve the quality of our services.
The email should include:
Full name;
Web page address or section of the site/customer area concerned;
Clear and concise description of the issue encountered;
Tools used (operating system, browser, assistive technologies).
